Responsibilities

• Support the project management team coordinating design and engineering with engineers for customers’ processes, equipment and installation.
• Assist the PM team in estimating, bidding, and subcontract procurement on projects.
• Support coordination and scheduling of construction management activities on projects.
• Help develop, maintain, and report project status to customers; assist in proposals.
• Create and maintain departmental electronic files, forms, and brochures.
• Coordinate proposal and bid package information and meeting minutes.
