Job summary

Wild Wing Cafe in Columbus, GA is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to join our team. • Has three years previous restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• Is a strong leader who knows how to motivate a team.
• Communicates clearly and professionally.
• Can work in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant environment.
• Is organized, dependable, and able to handle multiple priorities.
• Understands basic restaurant operations, including labor, food cost, inventory, and scheduling.
• Is available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Is committed to creating a positive workplace where people enjoy coming to work.
