• Customer Service: monitor satisfaction, handle complaints, gather feedback, cultivate patron relationships.
• Inventory and Supplier Management: manage inventory, order supplies, negotiate with vendors, reduce waste, optimize stock rotation.
• Marketing and Promotions: develop strategies, plan events/promotions, use social media to boost visibility and attract customers.
• Compliance and Safety: ensure health, safety, sanitation regulations, local laws, and company policies are followed.

Wild Wing Cafe is reopening in Columbus, GA, and we are looking for a skilled General Manager with a minimum of three years' experience to oversee operations in the restaurant. The General Manager will be responsible for operational management, financial oversight, staff leadership and development, customer service, inventory and supplier management, marketing and promotions, compliance, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing and Promotions: Develop marketing strategies, plan events and promotions, utilize social media, and enhance visibility to attract and retain customers.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, sanitation regulations, local laws, and company policies to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests.
