Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead a multi-community on-site sales team in Central Ohio. You will set sales targets, coach consultants, and coordinate with Marketing, Land and Purchasing to optimize pricing, inventory and new community launches.

You will drive performance by leading regular meetings, analyzing conversion data and ensuring fair housing compliance across markets. This role requires a hands-on leader with deep knowledge of homebuilding sales processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of new-home sales experience, with 2+ years leading a sales team.
• Active Ohio real estate salesperson license, or ability to obtain one.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, train and develop a team of Sales Consultants / Community Sales Managers.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales, absorption and closing goals by community; track results weekly.
• Coach the team on the full sales process from greeting to follow-up.
• Partner with Marketing, Land and Purchasing to optimize lead generation, pricing and product mix.
