Job summary

National General is seeking a Direct Sales Marketing Manager Senior Consultant to own local marketing activities for a defined geography, including events, promotions and dealer outreach. This role requires living in the Columbus, OH area due to weekly commutes and offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing or sales roles (preferred).
• Ability to build relationships with dealerships and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own local marketing activities for a given geography including field planning, scheduling and executing local and corporate marketing events, promotions and business driving activities.
• Create, execute, manage and track local store opening business driving plans.
• Market daily to local dealerships and other business partners to build presence in the marketplace and increase new business growth.
• Plan local marketing strategy with Sales leadership and outside marketing activities.
• Produce monthly marketing newsletters collecting information throughout each month.
• Manage local social pages with marketing.
• Track event results and continuously build a list of events with the best ROI.
