• Experience pulling, preparing, and picking products for shipment accurately

Responsibilities

• Lead and support warehouse associates with daily assignments and workflow
• Prioritize tasks to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time
• Monitor productivity, attendance, and safety performance
• Train and coach employees on warehouse procedures and safety practices
• Communicate production updates and operational concerns to management
