Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics in Grove City, OH is seeking a Team Lead who will coordinate personnel, equipment, and inventory to meet daily goals in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires leading associates, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and SOPs, and driving continuous improvement with Lean and 5S. You will work on a mix of warehouse and administrative tasks with a 2nd shift (4:30pm–1:00am) and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in supply chain, material flow, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct associates within the assigned operational area to meet productivity and quality targets
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, safety regulations, and company policies
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support Lean and 5S practices
• Communicate with management and cross-functional teams regarding production updates and operational issues
• Maintain and distribute manpower reports and operational updates
