At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Lead - 2nd Shift to work with a leading logistics provider in Columbus. This role is essential for supporting daily warehouse operations, coordinating team activities, and ensuring high standards of productivity and safety.Shift Patterns

• 2nd Shift: 2:00pm to 10:30pm, plus overtime as needed

Pay Rates

• 23.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• At least 2 years of warehouse experience
• Ability to coordinate with CSR and Operations Supervisor for shipping schedules and labor requirements
• Proficiency in unloading and moving inbound freight safely
• Experience in pulling, preparing, and picking products for shipment accurately

Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 2 to 4 years of related experience or training
• Experience with warehouse equipment, specifically Stand Up Forklifts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Familiarity with Synapse software
