Job summary

General Dynamics Electric Boat in Groton, CT is seeking a Columbia Program Office Representative to lead development of Hull Mechanical and Electrical components for the COLUMBIA class. You will work across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to drive schedules and technical performance.

Responsibilities include risk assessment, planning, and execution from procurement through testing and commissioning, with travel as needed to support subcontractors and shipyard milestones.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Ability to obtain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate development, manufacturing, testing, and delivery of submarine components with cross‑functional teams.
• Identify risks, assess impacts, and drive mitigation to protect schedule and performance.
• Manage integrated schedules, budgets, and performance metrics; provide status updates to leadership.
• Prepare leadership briefs and technical documentation for program reviews.
