Job summary

General Dynamics Electric Boat seeks a senior program specialist to oversee COLUMBIA Class test readiness, coordinating with EB and government teams to ensure timely testing, inspection, and certification. You will brief leadership on status, drive prerequisites into ARTEMIS, and coordinate engineering, facilities, and operations to resolve critical issues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of submarine program management, engineering, or test experience.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience with submarine test programs or systems listed in the ad.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily technical and administrative readiness of COLUMBIA Class tests.
• Prioritize EB and government testing support.
• Coordinate reach-back to EB technical experts to resolve issues.
• Provide weekly/daily issue and actions reports to program management.
• Deliver management-level updates to EB management and customers.
• Lead test readiness efforts and drive prerequisites into ARTEMIS network.
• Disposition of Change Notices affecting key events.
