Madison Reed seeks a licensed colorist to deliver quality services and exceptional guest care at our Hair Color Bar. You will consult with guests, execute color services, and promote products to enhance the guest experience.

The role offers base hourly pay, commissions, and tips, with earnings for this location ranging from $38 to $40 per hour. Availability can be full or part time, with a robust benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the state where you apply.
• 1+ year of experience as a colorist behind the chair.
• Strong communication and people skills in a fast-paced retail/salon setting.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultations and all services offered on the menu, including shampooing, styling (blow dry, flat iron, curling), and chemical services to high quality standards and guest satisfaction.
• Be attentive to guest needs to help select products and color while staying flexible to bookings.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals and KPIs (retail, services, memberships).
• Ensure color bar cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and asset security.
