Madison Reed Hair Color Bar is seeking a licensed colorist to provide consultations, color services, and exceptional guest care. You will help guests find the best color and execute services with precision, while maintaining a clean, organized work area and supporting team members.

Compensation includes base hourly pay, commissions and tips, with potential earnings per hour ranging from $39.50 to $41.50 depending on performance and tenure.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application.
• 1+ year experience as colorist in salon environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills in fast-paced retail/salon.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultations and all services on the menu to 100% guest satisfaction.
• Perform shampooing, styling and chemical services with high quality standards.
• Assist guests in product selection and stay aligned with scheduling needs.
• Contribute to achieving sales goals and KPIs (retail, services, memberships).
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising and inventory adherence in the color bar.
