This leadership role blends technical excellence with business development, client management, and team leadership, offering the chance to shape a regional practice and influence firm strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting experience in hydrogeology, hydrology, water resources, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience leading client relationships and winning new work.
• Knowledge of Colorado water resources is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Colorado Water Resources practice.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with municipal, industrial, mining, and private-sector clients.
• Drive business development, proposals, and strategic pursuits.
• Lead complex groundwater and water resources projects from planning through delivery.
• Mentor and develop technical staff while helping grow the Colorado team.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on regional strategy and expansion.
• Ensure high-quality technical delivery and QA/QC across projects.
