Qualifications

• Experience managing engineering projects and client relationships.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of municipal water, wastewater projects through planning to construction.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop relationships with municipalities, utilities, and water districts.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities.
• Lead proposals and SOQs; support client presentations.
• Mentor junior engineers.
• Represent the business in the California water resources market.
