AtkinsRéalis seeks a Denver, CO based Colorado Roads & Highways Project Manager to lead roadway design teams on transportation projects. You will apply technical expertise and project management to deliver projects across multiple clients including CDOT and city agencies.

The role requires 8+ years of engineering experience, a PE license in Colorado (or ability to obtain within 6 months), and strong financial and team management skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience required.
• PE license in Colorado or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Colorado roads/highways project experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage roadway design teams on transportation projects.
• Coordinate project meetings with clients and regulators.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, budget and quality objectives.
• Identify opportunities and present to clients to promote firm’s capabilities.
• Prepare work plans, schedules, and budgets; manage production and progress reports.
• Negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors and review agreements.
