Qualifications

• Registered Architect in Colorado required.
• Proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of drawing conventions, file organization, external references, and technical accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and generate production of contract documents and deliverables under the purview of the Principal Architect(s).
• Assist with bidding and contractor solicitation.
• Monitor and maintain project budgets and schedules.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Assist with proposals and contract execution with clients.
• Lead and manage design projects from pre-design through project life cycle.
• Lead and manage hybrid project teams including subconsultants.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and public entities to meet timelines, budget and design intent.
• Serve as Architect of Record.
