Job summary

Summit Design and Engineering Services in Colorado is seeking a licensed Architect to lead production of contract documents from pre-design through project life cycle. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to meet timelines, budget, and design intent.

The role requires strong communication, proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD, familiarity with Colorado codes, and willingness to travel as needed for project demands. Hybrid work arrangement available.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Registered Architect in Colorado.
• Proficient in REVIT and AutoCAD.
• Understanding of drawing conventions, file organization, external references, and technical accuracy.
• Demonstrated knowledge of architectural design, detailing, building materials, building codes, construction techniques, and costs in the Colorado market.
• Demonstrated practical knowledge of general architectural practice including programming, site planning, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering.
• Familiar with permit review process and other jurisdictional requirements in Colorado.
• Ability to travel as required by job demands.
