Job summary

SGA Design Group seeks an Architectural Project Manager to join our Denver-area team in a primarily remote role with bi-monthly office days. You will coordinate design, documentation, and project delivery for ground-up buildings, remodels, and specialty projects.

Responsibilities include leading construction document production, program management, scheduling, and quality control while collaborating with clients and consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in architecture or CAD/Revit training.
• 5+ years of experience, volume building experience preferred.
• Experience designing and developing construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit.

Responsibilities

• Construction Document Production - develop detailed construction documents aligned with design intent.
• Program Management – build strong client relationships and manage the program.
• Project Management & Scheduling - manage own projects and coordinate team schedules.
• Quality Control – review documents for accuracy and completeness.
