Job summary

Summit Design and Engineering Services in Raleigh, NC is seeking a licensed Architect to lead design projects from pre-design through the project life cycle and to serve as Architect of Record. You will generate production of contract documents, assist with bidding and contractor solicitation, monitor budgets and schedules, and manage multiple projects while leading hybrid project teams.

Qualifications

• Registered Architect in Colorado.
• Proficient in REVIT and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of drawing conventions, file organization, external references, and technical accuracy.
• Demonstrated knowledge of architectural design, detailing, building materials, building codes, construction techniques, and costs in the Colorado market.
• Familiar with permit review process and other jurisdictional requirements in Colorado.
• Ability to travel as required.
