BURNCO Rock Products Ltd in Colorado is seeking an experienced Ready-Mix Operations Manager to lead safety, productivity, and efficiency across our Colorado ready-mix operations. You will oversee plant and fleet maintenance, production quality control, and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer demand.

This full-time role requires a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in operations leadership, with strong P&L insight, people development, and exceptional communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field preferred.
• 10+ years of related industry experience.
• Leadership experience across safety, operations and team development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to operations staff regarding ready-mix production and delivery.
• Create a strong safety culture and accountability within the team.
• Improve profitability through P&L and reporting tools with GM collaboration.
• Train, mentor and motivate the management team.
• Oversee plant and fleet maintenance, production quality control, and site operations.
• Manage resources, projects, and inventory; coordinate with procurement.
• Build strategic relationships with Sales, Dispatch, Operations, Safety and HR.
• Prepare reports and present results for proposals and business activities.
• Conduct monthly staff meetings and P&L reviews.
