Job summary

BURNCO Rock Products Inc. is hiring Ready-Mix Drivers in Colorado. This field-based role at our Henderson Plant involves operating a ready-mix truck, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring safe, on-time deliveries to construction sites.

You must have a CDL, 2 years of ready-mix or 1 year of commercial driving experience, and a strong commitment to safety. This position requires physical work outdoors and potential Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• Two years of ready-mix experience or one year of commercial driving experience.
• Possession of a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is required for this position.
• Consistent, reliable attendance with the flexibility to work irregular hours, including Saturdays.
• Active FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse registration (required for all CDL drivers).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate order fulfillment.
• Perform daily maintenance checks and maintain truck cleanliness inside and out.
• Promptly report any minor mechanical issues or maintenance needs.
• Complete required paperwork such as pre-trip and post-trip inspections (DVIRs) and work orders accurately and on time.
• Communicate and elevate any operational or safety concerns to the supervisor.
