Job summary

Guidelight Health, a cutting-edge behavioral healthcare company, is seeking a Clinical Therapist (Full Licensed) to join our on-site team in Cherry Creek, Denver. This exempt, full-time role supports adults and adolescents, with Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm MST schedule.

Must be independently licensed in Colorado (LPC, LCSW, LMFT). The Therapist will develop treatment plans, conduct assessments, provide individual, group, and family therapy, and collaborate with psychiatrists and other

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Valid independent licensure in Colorado (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Willingness to provide formal clinical supervision to associates as part of Guidelight’s program.
• Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to determine clients' needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy with evidence-based approaches.
• Monitor and document progress, adjust treatment plans for cohesive care.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors for continuity of care.
• Complete suicide risk assessments within identified time frames with thoroughness.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.
• Identify community resources to support treatment and aftercare planning.
