Centaurus Farms in Boulder, CO seeks a motivated Territory Sales Representative to grow wholesale cannabis sales across an assigned Colorado territory. You will build strong relationships with dispensaries, expand distribution, and drive revenue growth.

Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to execute initiatives, support product launches, and strengthen Centaurus Farms' presence throughout Colorado. Some travel within CO is required.

Formación

• 2+ years in cannabis wholesale sales or related role.
• Knowledge of Colorado cannabis market and dispensary landscape.
• Ability to build relationships, generate new business, and hit sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Colorado.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to obtain Colorado industry credentials.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Manage and grow wholesale revenue within Colorado territory.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new dispensary accounts to expand distribution.
• Develop and execute account-level sales strategies to increase order frequency and revenue.
• Negotiate pricing, promotions, and merchandising opportunities.
• Expand SKU penetration and introduce new products to existing accounts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dispensary buyers and managers.
• Conduct regular account visits to strengthen partnerships and assess inventory.
• Proactively manage assigned accounts to maintain consistent ordering.
• Coordinate with internal teams for accurate orders and timely deliveries.
• Communicate product availability and promotions to accounts.
• Represent Centaurus Farms professionally at market events and vendor days.
• Gather market intelligence to support product development and strategy.
• Maintain accurate account information and sales activity in reporting systems.
• Provide regular updates on performance and opportunities, and collaborate on forecasts.
