Job summary

ARC | RIOT is seeking a Color Print Production Operator to join our Portland, OR team. In this fast-paced print environment, you will prioritize orders, estimate media needs, and ensure prints meet specifications.

You'll operate printers and finishing equipment, manage inventory, assist customer service, and support other departments as needed. A High School Diploma or AA in Graphic/Production Design plus relevant color reprographics experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• AA in Graphic/Production Design or 2+ years color reprographics experience using design and file/print editing software.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize incoming orders based on customer needs, workload, media, finishing, bindery, and machine capabilities.
• Estimate time and media requirements; inform production manager/client of un-met requests and provide recommendations.
• Receive, process, & modify client files to print per specifications.
• Operate and maintain printers, scanners, bindery and finishing equipment.
• Package completed projects for Will-Call, Delivery, or Shipping.
• Assist customer service by answering phones and taking messages as needed.
