Sherwin-Williams Co. is seeking a detail-oriented team member to support color formulation, tinting, and inventory control in a fast-paced production setting.

You will perform routine housekeeping, safety audits, and assist color technicians with blending, documentation, and batch handling. The role emphasizes strong computer skills, color accuracy, and adherence to safety standards in a department focused on coating and color services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to tint paint to customer color specifications.
• Strong basic computer skills with MS Word/Excel/Access.

Responsibilities

• Weekly housekeeping audits of PSR and blend areas.
• Daily housekeeping in PSR work area.
• Complete monthly safety audits.
• Assist color techs by blending color formulas and completing color work sheets.
• Order toners using Access ordering system.
• Fill completed batches into proper containers.
• Complete weekly equipment preventive maintenance.
• Monitor shelf-life dates of toners.
• Maintain labeling and housekeeping in Hazardous Waste areas.
• Remove outdated retains from retain area monthly.
• Assist warehouse with labeling containers as needed.
