Job summary

You will operate tinting and mixing equipment, manage material handling tasks, and adjust shades to meet specifications while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders, including blending, adjusting, filling, and labeling batches.
• Operate tinting and mixing equipment and material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Make shade and gloss adjustments to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure customers’ quality and service expectations are met.
• Perform inventory controls and maintain high quality standards.
• Keep tools, equipment, and the work environment clean and organized daily.
• Maintain production records and reporting as required.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and security policies and procedures.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
