Shiseido Americas is seeking a Color Technician to ensure bulk cosmetic batches match reference standards. Based in New Jersey, you will batch shade matching for lipstick, foundation, powders and other color cosmetics, review color history, and renew color standards as needed.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality Control, and R&D to resolve color discrepancies and support continuous improvement within a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years of cosmetic shade matching experience or 5+ years in related chemical or paint industry.
• Ability to see color.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic math skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of GMP and ISO requirements.

Aufgaben

• Batch shade matching lipstick, foundation, powders and other color cosmetics.
• Review batch color history and track daily adjustments.
• Maintain color standards and renewals upon expiration.
• Create bench batches to support full-scale shade matching and rework shade investigations.
• Communicate with Manufacturing, Quality Control, R&D and customers as needed.
