Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is hiring a Facility General Laborer in Sioux Falls, SD to support the color blending production team and warehouse operations on 1st shift.

You will assist with deliveries, troubleshoot products with customers, and help maintain safety and quality standards across the facility. The role requires physical stamina, English proficiency, and reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. on occasion.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Organize stocks and maintain inventory
• Assist with color blending, warehouse and delivery responsibilities as needed
• Operate tinting and material handling equipment in an efficient and safe manner
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and security policies and procedures
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with spray equipment
• Ensure customers' quality and service expectations are met
