Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Production Operator - Blender in Sioux Falls, SD. This full-time role supports paint drawdowns, blending customer orders, and maintaining color-matching equipment at our Sioux Falls facility.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm. Compensation ranges from $20.50 to $24.85 per hour, with a background check required due to handling of sensitive materials and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
• Minimum age 18+ and legal work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders, including blending, adjusting, filling, and labeling batches.
• Operate tinting and mixing equipment and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Make shade and gloss adjustments to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure quality and service expectations are met.
• Perform inventory controls and maintain high quality standards.
• Keep tools and workspace clean and organized daily.
• Maintain production records and reporting as required.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
