Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Facility General Laborer to support color blending production, warehouse duties, and customer troubleshoot tasks. The role runs full-time on first shift, with a pay range of $20.00–$24.85 per hour and location at Sioux Falls, SD.

Responsibilities include organizing inventory, operating tinting and mixing equipment, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50–100 lbs and work with various material handling tools.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.
• Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Organize stocks and maintain inventory.
• Assist with color blending, warehouse and delivery responsibilities as needed.
• Operate tinting and mixing equipment and material handling equipment in an efficient and safe manner.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures including safety, loss prevention, and security.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with spray equipment.
• Ensure customers’ quality and service expectations are met.
