Amazon Data Services, Inc. seeks a Colocation Development Manager in Austin, TX, or Seattle/IAD, to lead end-to-end colocation development transactions and strategic market plans. The role requires strong negotiation, financial analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with design, legal, and operations teams.

You will shape siting strategies, manage multi-million-dollar real estate deals, and travel as needed to drive project success and value creation for AWS data center infrastructure.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
2–5 years advising and influencing executive leadership.
2–5 years developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.

Responsibilities

Lead colocation development transactions from start to finish, including site selection and due diligence.
Formulate and present long-term development strategies for markets to senior management.
Coordinate with internal teams (legal, tax, design, construction) to meet objectives.
Negotiate contracts covering building, power and site requirements.
Prepare transaction summaries for senior management with costs and benefits.
Travel ~25% to support deals and negotiations.
