Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Ohio is seeking a Managers in Training to become experts in WOW processes and to support every position’s responsibilities. The program guides you through CSR, Parts Coordinator, and Estimator roles with extended hands-on certification.

Successful completion of role-based competencies and onboarding is expected, ensuring you can WOW customers and contribute to the shop’s success and growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College or military background preferred.
• Automotive technical training preferred.
• Completed repair procedures courses recommended.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Take CSR role-based certification and perform CSR duties for several weeks.
• Take Parts Coordinator role-based certification and perform duties for several weeks.
• Take Estimator role-based certification and perform duties for several months.
• Must complete RBC for each position in the shop.
• Complete the GM onboarding program and demonstrate WOW knowledge.
