• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Panel and structural work to bring back factory specs.
• Quality reassembly; ensure fit and finish matter.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
