Caliber is hiring at our Westminster Service Center (Pierce St) for a collision repair technician. You’ll blueprint, repair, and reassemble vehicles from fender benders to frame rebuilds using modern equipment and a safety‑minded workflow.With 2+ years of experience and a frame and structural know‑how, you’ll work with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars through the shop. Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair knowledge.
• Careful, right-first-time approach.
• Attention to detail and precise welding/assembly.

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to bring vehicles back to factory specs.
