You will collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff, maintaining safety and quality at every step. Training opportunities like I-CAR and ASE certifications are provided to help you advance in your career.

Qualifications

• Two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how and ability to pull, straighten, and square.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Attention to detail with tightened bolts and quality welds.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair including fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish touches.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
