Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair experience required.
• No shortcuts—Blueprint and repair to exact specs.
• Strong attention to detail with precise welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-focused with ability to collaborate.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly and finish work for a perfect fit.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
