Caliber Collision Pace is seeking an experienced auto body repair technician to perform full collision repairs with precision. You will handle frame and panel work, restore structural integrity, and ensure high-quality reassembly while collaborating with painters and estimators.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds.
• Physically fit: able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision—no guesswork.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
