Caliber Collision's Service Center in Collierville is hiring skilled auto body technicians. From fender benders to frame rebuilds, you’ll perform full collision repair with precision using modern equipment and teamwork to move cars quickly and safely.

We ask for at least two years of experience, frame and structural know-how, and a sharp eye for detail. You’ll work with estimators and painters, lift up to 50 lbs, and enjoy benefits, paid time off, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least two years of auto body repair experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten and square frames to factory specs.
• Meticulous with bolts, welds and reassembly.
• Collaborative team mindset across painters, estimators and front office.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working safely.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise, collision repairs.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain clean, safe work area.
