Caliber Collision is hiring at our Long Beach service center. The role involves performing comprehensive collision repair—from dented panels to frame work—ensuring repairs meet factory specs.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of collision repair experience, strong frame/structure knowledge, and a meticulous eye for detail. You’ll work with painters, estimators, and front office staff in a high‑volume shop, with safety as a top priority.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair skills and alignment.
• No-shortcuts approach; precise repairs.
• Detail-oriented with tightened bolts and welds.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs; physically fit.
• Team-focused; works with painters, estimators, and staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Repair panels and structures to original dimensions.
• Quality reassembly; ensure finish and alignment.
• Collaborate with teammates to move vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
