Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking skilled auto body technicians at our Los Banos service center to perform full collision repairs. You will blueprint, repair, and rebuild frames, panels, and structural components to factory specs, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

We value hands-on experience—at least two years—plus a sharp eye for detail and safety. Eligible to work in the U.S. with a strong work ethic is required.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair abilities and blueprinting.
• Detail-focused with quality workmanship and teamwork.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no shortcuts.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure fit, finish, and reassembly meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with teammates across shop roles.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
