Caliber is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician in Fort Walton Beach to repair collision damage with precision and care. You will work with painters, estimators, and front office staff to restore vehicles to factory specs.

Two years of hands-on experience, frame/structural know-how, and a no-shortcuts approach are essential. You will handle blueprinting, straightening, and reassembly, while maintaining safety standards and a team-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Demonstrated frame and structural repair ability.
• Commitment to blueprinting repairs and doing it right the first time.
• Attention to detail to ensure tight bolts and quality welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely.
• Collaborates with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise collision repairs.
• Full collision repair: straighten, align, pull, and repair panels.
