Caliber's Austin service center is seeking skilled auto body technicians to join a team focused on full collision repair with modern equipment and safety-first practices. You’ll handle fenders, frames, panels, and welds from start to finish, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Requires at least two years of collision repair experience and frame/structural know-how, plus the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; eligible to work in the U.S.

• Two+ years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair know‑how.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right first time.
• Detail‑oriented with tightened bolts, welds, and safe work.
• Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team‑oriented; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repairs from minor to major.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
