Caliber Collision in Oconomowoc is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to fix fenders, frames, and structural components with precision. You will collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to deliver high-quality repairs.

Qualifications

• Two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Excellent attention to detail and teamwork with other teams.

Responsabilités

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and safety.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Work on panel and structural components to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office for smooth workflow.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area at all times.
