Caliber Collision Oconomowoc is seeking an experienced auto collision repair tech to work at our Oconomowoc service center. You will repair collision damage, straighten frames, and perform panel work to factory specifications, collaborating with painters, estimators, and support staff.

Qualifications include a minimum of two years of hands-on collision repair, frame knowledge, strong attention to detail, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualificações

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right the first time.

Responsabilidades

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to return parts to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office.
