Caliber Collision Tucson - E Tennessee St is seeking experienced auto body technicians to join our team. You’ll work with modern equipment and industry-leading gear to repair collisions end-to-end and return vehicles to factory specs.

Candidates should have at least two years of auto body repair experience, frame and structural know-how, and a sharp eye for detail. We value teamwork and safety as part of daily tasks, with an emphasis on quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• At least two years of auto body repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how; able to pull, straighten and square.
• Sharp eye for detail; ensure tightened bolts, welds and alignment.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish.
• Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
