Caliber is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to join our Green Bay service center. You will blueprint and execute full collision repairs, perform panel and structural work, and ensure precise reassembly while collaborating with painters, estimators, and front-desk staff.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds without excuses.
• Physically fit: able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsabilités

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no guesswork.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Handle panel and structural work to bring vehicles back to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
