Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to restore alignment.
• No-shortcuts approach; blueprint and repair correctly the first time.
• Attention to detail for bolts, welds, and fit.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-focused collaboration with painters, estimators and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit finishing.
• Collaborate with team to move vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain clean, safe work area.
