Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how required; ability to pull, straighten and square.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safe, quality repairs.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a shop environment.
• Strong teamwork to collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute collision repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repairs from Fender/bender to frame rebuilds.
• Work on panels and structural components to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with team to move vehicles efficiently through the shop.
