Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an experienced collision repair technician in Spanish Fort, AL. You will perform full collision repairs, from fender to frame, using your frame and structural expertise.

A strong eye for detail and teamwork are essential as you collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff. The role requires at least two years of hands-on repair experience, the ability to pull, straighten, and square damaged structures, and physical fitness to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

  • Experienced hands with at least two years repairing collision damage.
  • Frame and structural know-how; able to pull, straighten, and square up.
  • No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix it right the first time.
  • Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts, welds done right.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with precision; no guesswork or shortcuts.
  • Perform full collision repair—from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
  • Handle panel and structural work and bring it back to factory specs.
  • Ensure quality reassembly; final touches matter.
  • Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
