Job summary

Caliber College Station Service Center is seeking experienced collision repair professionals to turn wrecks into road-ready rides. You’ll work on full collision repairs, including frame and structural work, with a strong emphasis on quality and safety in a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality—blueprint and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts and welds.
• Physically fit: lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from dented panels to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep the work area safe and tidy.
